Abstract:

The authoress of this paper explicates the principle of the leading part of teachers in the didactic and educational process, expressed by modern didactics, and assumes, that education in reality is the organization of circumstances and situations, which are conducive best to the process of maturation, self-education and self-upbringing and of guiding these processes. These thesises were motivated and elaborated by citation of praxiology, by theory of organization and guiding as well as by the theory of systematic teaching and learning literature. ; The leading action of a teacher of the Polish language was considered: I. in the category of praxiology and didactics, which helped to analize conceptions like activities, acting subject, material, expedients, assignments and methods, purpose and work, didactic guiding with reference to teaching, to the teacher, the head of the pupils'team, to the literary piece of work as means of education and to the method and purpose of teaching and learning literature; ; II. in the category of structure and phases of organized activities as means of didactic interaction with the specification of the managing and executing team; III. in the category of an oversystem of organized activities and an undersystem of guiding activities with the stages of annotation, realization and control; IV. in the category of the competence-principle in didactic guiding. ; As the result of transposition of general praxiologic assumptions into didactic instructions a basic model was constructed for the activities of didactic guidance (drawing Nr. 2). This drawing shows graphically within the structure of didactic and guiding activities the most favourable schedule of the relation between stages and guiding and executing activities on one side and the time of their realization and the level of the activities of the managing and executive team on the other side.
