Zagraniczna polityka kulturowa w Republice Federalnej Niemiec ma długą tradycję i stanowi jeden z filarów niemieckiej polityki zagranicznej. Cele niemieckiej polityki zagranicznej są różne, od promocji znajomości języka niemieckiego po działania w kierunku wzmocnienia pozytywnego wizerunek Niemców poza granicami kraju. ; Przedmiotem analizy są artykuły polskich i niemieckich badaczy (Maria Wagińska-Marzec, Ewa Bojenko-Izdebska, Aleksander Gowin, Kurt-Jürgen Maaß) oraz niemieckie dokumenty dotyczące spraw zagranicznych.
Abstract:
Foreign cultural policy in the Federal Republic of Germany has a long tradition and establishes one of the pillar in foreign German policy. The aims of foreign German policy are various, from promotion of the knowledge of German language to action in direction of strengthen a positive German`s image outside of their borders. ; There were selected fields of activity considered in the article with awareness of omitting some points, e.g. crossborder cultural cooperation and knowledge diplomacy. The subject of analyse are articles of Polish and German researchers (Maria Wagińska-Marzec, Ewa Bojenko-Izdebska, Aleksander Gowin, Kurt-Jurgen Maas) and documents of German foreign affairs. ; Apart from indication the main terms (foreign culture policy, lead culture, cultural memory) the attention was focused on the main breakthrough in the realisation of foreign culture policy, with reflection of concepts of Foreign Affairs.
