Within this division, many inequalities can be noticed, which have deepened during the pandemic, hinder the functioning of the organization, reduce its potential and become the cause of individual failures and dramas for women.]]></dc:description>
<dc:description xml:lang="pl"><![CDATA[The most important inequalities include: greater workload for women than men in a pandemic crisis, the work of women in industries that have been hit hardest by the crisis, elimination of jobs, occupied mainly by women, maintenance of the glass ceiling, deepening of the wage gap to the detriment of women.]]></dc:description>
<dc:description xml:lang="pl"><![CDATA[The indicated phenomena make it difficult to achieve organizational goals, constituting a serious task for management. One strategy that organizations can adopt in these circumstances is planned and systematic Gender Management (GMC). The introduced solution can distinguish the organization from competitors, enrich its identity and, consequently, increase its efficiency and contribute to limiting the regression of equality processes.]]></dc:description>
