 abstract={The article presents the history of the establishment of the Brotherhood of the Yellow Scarf scientific circle. The most important activities of the circle were described, such as: "Film Afternoon with the Brotherhood of the Yellow Scarf ", recording and editing original films, preparation and implementation of workshops for children and youth devoted to the safe use of information and communication technologies and events related to traditional Slavic holidays. The text also explains the symbol of the yellow scarf, which has become extremely important for all members of the circle.},
