 abstract={Labour pedagogy is a subdiscipline of pedagogy particularly receptive to civilisation changes. It is mainly related to the changes in the area of professional work which have been in dynamic progress since the steam engine was invented. The value of work has been changing as well as its role and meaning in lives of people. However, the greatest changes are connected with the ways of performing professional work. The other determinant of education and forms of its implementation have been modified along with the changes in the labour market which create new expectations from the education systems.},
 abstract={The changes in labour pedagogy require updating the system of concepts that are used. However the task is necessary, it is very complicated because labour pedagogy is in close connection with other scientific disciplines. It means that although the language should be consistent with the terminology used in other disciplines it has to contain specific pedagogical aspects. The complexity of the problem can be noticed even while formulating some basic concepts such as: professional work, profession, professional career.},
