 abstract={The subject of the article are selected issues connected with the Polish historiography of the Lubuskie Land in the years 1945 1975 against the background of the initial period connected with the emergence of a new region after the Second World War. It is a fragment of an issue which, in the context of broader research, should also be considered in the face of contemporary phenomena. At the same time it is an issue which undoubtedly deserves separate monographic research. Research into the historiography of the Lubuskie Land as a newly created region after the Second World War in relation to professional historiography and amateur historiography, which developed on a large scale after 1989, is not an entirely new issue, but so far this problem has not been addressed in its entirety.},
