Zagadnienie podjęte w ramach niniejszego artykułu z jednej strony wpisuje się w szeroki obszar słowiańskiego tematu i jego miejsca w obrębie literatury i kultury polskiego romantyzmu. Z drugiej jednak strony interpoluje problem zróżnicowanego obrazu kobiecości na kartach wspomnianej literatury. ; Najnowsze badania dotyczące tego tematu pokazały niejednoznaczny portret postaci kobiecych w literaturze, a szerzej także w obszarze kultury romantycznej. Można więc mówić o różnie definiowanej kobiecości, którą najogólniej dałoby się przedstawić jako wpisującej się w najbardziej reprezentatywny model patriotyczny, służący też nadrzędnym w tej epoce celom politycznej propagandy w trudnych momentach narodowej historii.
Abstract:
This article is an attempt to show feminine figures in the context of the Slavic history. Chosen examples were selected mainly from the Słowacki`s dramas. They are placing themselves around the Slavic myth of the beginning. The priestess and sacrifice from the drama "Lilla Weneda" are two the most complementary representatives of Sisters figures next to the figure of legendary Wanda. ; Indeed a mythical tale about the Slavic history which is poet`s own imagination touches our national history in the day of romanticism. These three figures were written in the grounds of the Greek myth about Ifigenia - king Agamemnon`s daughter, who was consecrated to the gods on the altar of the homeland. According to the author of this article, Słowacki in a peculiar way presents his own version of the Slavic prehistory which is also representing the feminine experience in dealing with the fatalism and fate. ; Despite of the different roles played by its heroine, the fact is that each of them becomes the sacrifice in the clash with the authority of the father, homeland or history. In this context heroines of the Slav history, from Słowacki`s perspective, are putting their name down in the typical manner of new reading out the great literature, in this case of Greek tragedy by Eurypides.
