Abstract:
The article is trying to define what is potential, predispositions, and qualities of a modern conductor. A conductor is also, in fact, a leader, educator and instructor in a conducted ensemble, operating in the community within the amateur art movement. Every good band leader faces certain challenges. ; The paper also defines the qualities that musicians should have and what conditions they should meet in ensemble musicianship. It also indicates measures that should be taken in order to create universal music education and learning to play instruments, and then in ensemble musicianship. This is because ensemble playing is an essential element for proper functioning in the musical world. The paper shows examples of the activities of ensemble musicianship and its benefits.
