The aim of the study was to understand how election campaigns were conducted, which communication channels proved most effective, and what factors were crucial to the electoral success of the candidates.]]></dc:description>
<dc:description xml:lang="pl"><![CDATA[The study also presented a comparison with the 2018 election results to identify changes in voter preferences and the evolution of communication strategies. To verify the hypotheses set forth in the paper, a survey was conducted among councilors elected for the 2024-2029 term. Analysis of the survey results made it possible to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify the factors that were crucial to electoral success.]]></dc:description>
