It is an immediate reaction to recent events and happenings of all areas of life. In it`s main language memes use parody and pastiche. Most of memes are lively reactions caused by events such as reception of teaching sorforms of cult - including i.e. monuments. N2 - The author of the article describes several most common ways of portraying John Paul II as a person through memes - from approval to negation. She paints topic of memes with crisis in communication, personalism, theory of representation and symbol as its background.
