PB - Zielona Góra: Oficyna Wydawnicza Uniwersytetu Zielonogórskiego N2 - This article contains the results of research conducted at the Institute of Environmental Engineering Technical University of Czestochowa for the possibility of composting municipal sewage sludge, and the dairy industry sludge with other substrates to maintain quality allowing for agricultural use of the resulting product. Two mixtures with variables addition of sewage sludge, industrial sewage sludge, grass and bulking agent were composted in labscale bioreactors during 30 days. N2 - Decrease in the C/N ratios indicates that the composting process ran correctly however it didn?t reach low enough values. It was found that the temperature level achieved was sufficient to fully hygienization in obtained composts. Preliminary studies indicate the validity of the composting process as a method for zdisposal sludge and recycling of valuable organic substances contained in them into the environment.
