 abstract={Changing society causes growing uncertainty about the directions of education. It becomes increasingly difficult to answer the question: what shall we teach? Despite the growing uncertainty, the number of people undertaking studies at university is still on the increase. Humanities and social sciences are continuously of a great interest to young people. They very often decide to study education, however, they do not always realize the essence of this discipline.
