 abstract={The analysis leads to the conclusion that the obligation to make entries in the book of annual accounts should be entrusted to notaries with greater experience and authority, of compliance with formulas imposed by city officials, strong conventionalization of the composition of the text and language in record parts based on documents from the city office and loosening of the language expression in the statement of other financial burdens, in the pursuit of condensation of expressing repetitive content, especially regarding highly ritualized behaviours, in the pursuit of precision in expressing information on the incurred expenditure.},
