The text presents the preliminary results of analyzes carried out from the pragmatic and genre studies perspective . These analyses have focused mainly on stylistic layer of the text.},
 abstract={It was agreed that the dominant stylistic feature of "Grammar for Poles who Want to Learn English Language" by Julian Antonowicz can be called "educationality", meaning forming the text intentionally in order to provide information in a way convenient for the recipient. Educational purpose of the handbook determines the stylistic choices of the author-specialist shaping his text according to the needs of a receiver-adept who, during the reading of the text is to acquire the knowledge of English grammar and its use presented by the author.},
