Instead of a quick success, they faceanother mysterious crime. Who is the offender? Is it Juliusz Słowacki? At that time forensics has notdeveloped yet and so the only auxiliary technical means the detectives can use are the first imperfectphotos. Thus, it remains to create a psychological portrait of the delinquent. Inevitably, the readerjoins the team work in the role of an "over-profiler".
