 abstract={In Poland it is also evident ecological architecture, which accelerate the development of the world's global energy crisis and growing environmental pollution. The research shows that the development of our housing in cities is currently focused on ecological modernization of degraded urban areas, mostly related to large-size public buildings rather than residential development. Following the example of other countries in Europe and the world, it is time to start in our cities, supported by EU funds, sustainable social housing programs.},
