The process lasted 50 days for onions and gar-lic, 30 days for waste from other plants (fruits, vegetables, tubers). Batch inoculated with the following microorganisms: Bacillus subtillis (Bk1) Streptomyces griseous (pr.1), Aspergillus oryzae (Grz.1).}, abstract={Microorganisms selected for the inoculation showed the fastest growth (grew before 72 hours after cultivation) in the environment of varying pH (pH 5-9). Effectiveness of microorganisms in decomposition of CMC, cellulose and starch into humus ranged from 90 to 94%. Microorganisms showed a high resistance to antibiotics present in the compost (300-1000 mg/l). Composting of fruits and vegetable waste produces high quality fertilizer.}, type={artykuł}, title={Efektywność niektórych szczepów mikroorganizmów w procesie kompostowania odpadów produkcji owoców i warzyw = Effectiveness of microorganisms in the composting process of waste from the processing of fruits and vegetables}, keywords={odpady, owoce, warzywa, komposty, Bacillus subtilis, Streptomyces griseus, Aspergillus oryzae, wastes, fruits, vegetables, composts}, }
