 abstract={Anthropogenic areas use is cause of many positive and negative changes in ground and in ground-waters. Often in the past terrains have been used without attention on the ecosystem functioning. Remainders from such use are often disastrous, and former users, as principals, can?t be pulled to criminal responsibility. In such situation both: private and public investors have to bear relatively big cost for restoration of these areas functionality.},
 abstract={In this process should be accounted different aspects: Ecology: sources of pollutants, ways of threats, surface and cubature of polluted ground, treshold limits of contaminations, recognizable and hidden dangers; Economy: field needs for investments, cost of new terrains preparation for new investments, attractiveness of areas, often situated in central parts of the cities, utilization of existing infrastructure on the reclaimed areas, improvement of live coditions by the liquidation of useless industrial areas, useless areas as frozen capital, investments (attractiveness, work places, vitality of cities, taxes influences as effects of cooperation), valuation of areas before and after revitalization, analysis of needs for the future using.},
 abstract={Different motives of logging to use of polluted industry areas through city and people are appearing with such analysis. It is extremely important for town-planners, potential industrial or communal investors. Every activity brings huge potential of mistakes and risk, but obviously also many chances. A few examples of favorable realizations of postindustrial areas recycling have been introduced in the paper.},
