 abstract={The report presents methodology of theoretical approach in analysis of environmentally safe technologies and their parameters. The development of complex analysis ecotechnology system parameters is based on studies of conventionally separated parts of industrial plant in their sequences in the technological processes and their energy and materials inputs and outputs, searching optimised intersystem communications between them. As a result it is possible to obtain the most appropriate complex and complete ecologically safe resources saving and pollution preventing solution for industrial object in general.},
