 abstract={The notion of an educational environment relates to the objective institutional and personal conditions of a local community where the socialization process of children and teenagers takes place. Sociologists of local communities and social pedagogues examine such communities and construct their typologies.},
 abstract={Changes in these communities after 1989 make it difficult to obtain the knowledge needed to distinguish the types of educational environments. Authorities of local communities solve two types of social problems which is a very difficult task. One of the problems refers to the limitation of negative phenomena, e.g. unemployment or homelessness. Another one is to create the conditions indispensable to manage free time of children and teenagers.},
