 abstract={In addition, the paper demonstrates the structure of RPSs (the Regional Strategy Papers): Lubuskie Development Strategy and Lubuskie Regional Innovation Strategy, which in fact determine the process of building the regional economy based on knowledge. A supplement to the article is tabular visualization of statistical data concerning the allocation of EU funds for the Lubuskie voivodship according to the state dated on December the 31st 2011.},
