One of the programs which enables city development financing is program URBAN II (for cities more over 20 000 inhabitants), which trough the Integrated Regional Development Programme (ZPORR- one of seven operating programs which goals refers to the implementation of European Commission on National Development Plan 2004-2006), specified rules of elaborating Local Revitalization Programs. Local Revitalization Programs contain projects of revitalization of most degraded city areas. N2 - Realization of those projects is partly financed by European Union. That is why since the 2005, cities try to fulfill designated conditions to develops Local Revitalization Programs, which are one of the tool of implementation changes of the city space. Warsaw is a city which developed Local Revitalization Program which contains fourteen attachments of Miniprogrames of District Revitalization. N2 - So fourteen, from 18, Warsaw districts have a separate Minprogrames of Revitalization and every of those programs designate projects of revitalization for specific for the district. The aim of this article is to monitor how often those projects applies to the green areas (parks, commentaries, allotment gardens).
